Commercial Stucco

commercial stucco
Granolite completes commercial projects on high rise and low rise office buildings, hotels, light and heavy industrial buildings and institutions including schools, shopping centres and more.

Featured Commercial Project

featured commercial project
Our portfolio includes Toronto’s Vaughan Mills shopping centre and most of the surrounding buildings. It is by far the largest project done with EIFS, in the neighbourhood of 400,000 square feet of stucco/plaster work.

The one million square foot mall with 15 anchor tenants, each with its own design team, posed many challenges during the building process and requiring a serious company with significant knowledge and experience. Granolite was selected for this project and proudly completed it on time and on budget.

Stucco Restoration & Historical Work

Stucco Restoration & Historical Work
In addition to residential and commercial stucco, our stucco contractors in Toronto also specialize in historical plastering. Among some of the projects we have completed is the replacement of all the exterior stucco walls (including mouldings) at the Dundurn Castle Hamilton Ontario (see images above). The workmanship and materials on this project had to match original work techniques and materials, we also did the interior historical plaster restoration on this project.
